At the Veteran Strongman Association, we believe the same grit, discipline, and camaraderie that carried you through your military service can be channeled into something new — the sport of strongman. Our certified VSA coaches will provide strongman training programs for veterans and service members to help build strength and create a connection to our community.

Coaching

For many veterans, life after their military service can feel like a loss of mission, challenge, and structure. The strongman community offers all these things in a positive and empowering way. Strongman training is about more than lifting stones and logs or carrying yokes and sandbags. It’s about earning or rediscovering a sense of pride again — not through rank or uniform, but through effort and commitment.

Our coaches will challenge you, help you build resilience, and prove that your limits are far beyond what you may have imagined.

You don’t have to be a competitive athlete to belong here. Whether you’ve been training for years or are just getting started, every veteran can find strength in this sport, and we want to help you achieve your goals.
